A wonderful collaboration from opposite sides if the world. Words written by Doric Future regular David Wilkie who is based in the Philippines, put to music by Scott Thomson from Cruden Bay. David has regularly featured on our website under his pseudonym ‘Jist a loon frae Aberdeen‘ and Scott who is the compare and driving force behind Cruden Bay Folk Club and lead singer with Bratach Bana, although these two have never met, their connection through friendships with Doric Future’s Jill McWilliam ledto the creation of this beautiful new song, another great example of Doric Future connecting people and connecting places.
